  Kingdom of Cyberspace and the 12 Kingdoms.  
Cyberspace is the center of the universe, connected to other worlds and realities. It is the High King and Queen's job to watch over these other worlds and realities and to govern and maintain the peace and relations between the 12 kingdoms. This was put into place by Queen Elena (the first High Queen) and King Drekhog (the first Cyber Animal King), who wanted to safeguard the relations and safety of everyone as without it the rulers of the other kingdoms would start invading and attacking as they have done in the past.  Death of the High King and the Infection.  
After the virus outbreak that took the lives of many Cyber Animals, turning them into mindless, vicious monsters, Cyberspace and its rulers had been at constant war. The High Kingdom royal family had managed to train and recruit hundreds of loyal and brave warriors across the different kingdoms to fight against the growing sickness and the hackers that sought to control the network after King Philbert got sick.High Queen Cecilia worked in secret for many months to create a cure for this virus. One day, while visiting, Dr. Ama, a strange man from the realm of the humans contacted her, promising to help her find a cure in exchange for helping him and his friends. The man, who addresses himself as Leader of the Hackers, had been spreading the sickness across Cyberspace in hopes of controlling it and everyone in it. The two women continued to work on the cure in secret until the princess was attacked by her father during the invasion. After killing her husband the queen rushed her daughter to the lab where she was given the cure and locked behind a glass tube.  The Princess and the Familiar.  
Upon waking up in the lab, a young woman and her bat friend realized they were alone and without their memories. After exploring for a way to escape they found a strange room with journals and history books. It was then they found a letter that explained what was happening and why they were locked in the lab. Knowing what they had to do, they attempted to fix the main computer, only to be contacted by the Hacker. When they refused to help them, he released an infected Dr. Ama to attack them.After escaping the lab, the two travel across cyberspace to the dark void where they find the infected High Queen protecting the source of the virus. After a long fight, memories now restored, the infected Queen escaped soon after wiluff took the attack meant for her.  The Hell Riders and the Mimic.  
After retreating from the dark void to regroup with the others, Digi and several of the other nobles and recruits that had gone with her witnessed several skeleton-like beings falling from the sky. After making sure they were okay they took them to their temporary shelter for the night. Unable to sleep, Ghost decides to join his "soulmate" near the campfire. It is then he learns of what has happened and offers to help her.After regrouping with the others, the truth comes out of Digi being high Princess Tatiana Digiko. While many were thrilled to have their beloved princess alive and well, despite her change in appearance, others (mainly the nobles) were not. Seeing the division, the princess and her companion decided it was time to part ways. Peace would not come if she stayed in a hostile environment with those who only care for themselves and not for the better of their world.With some wisdom from Lady Fate and the Royal Healer, the Princess, Hell Rider, and Cyber Bat part ways, knowing the answers they seek to finally bring peace to his land was not with the group of royals, but with the friends they had met along the way. And so they set off on their adventure to seek out the Mimic, who holds the key to the survival of their realm.
